This is actually a great idea. He can regain his Villa swagger, playing within a system that allows him more freedom to express himself in wide areas. He'll also help Mudryk learn the game a bit more, which should be extremely high on the directors' priority list. The two wingers are very similar in profile and had similar experiences in their careers shouldering creative burdens for their boyhood clubs, so having a guy like Grealish around will only help Misha who's still early in his football education, moreso than a Sterling could, who has more or less been out for himself since joining. Also, can't see the fee being astronomic at all.

Jack also has a strong history of just being an overall good person, we need those types of characters into the team. I'm not saying Grealish can replicate his Villa form, but it's not outside of the realm of possibilities. Very excited about this prospect, but the success is highly contingent on Grealish buying in. The optimist in me says, it will.
