Pulisic should be a 2/10 🤦♂️. He was pivotal in UCL and if would have ever been given regular playing time, he would have come good as he had started. He’s killing it in Serie A combining with all of our other old Chelsea mates!!
Brilliant on his day but you could never rely on him - inconsistent and very injury-prone. Serie A suits him much better than the Premier League and in my opinion he absolutely had to go (I think his contract was running down as well so no option). 8/10 for me. I am not spiteful (!) and have no problem him doing well at Milan - good luck to him but he was out of time at Chelsea.
Agree on these! Ruben would of been such a help these last 6 months on experience in multiple positions (including rb), leadership, press resistance, and height. Hopefully Carns and Lavia help that one sting less
Emerson would have been the perfect back up for Chilwell. Real shame he left in hindsight given our deficiency in this area.
Wonder what Potter would have done with Gilmour but we'll never know!
People keep saying we spent a lot of money and had nothing to show for it but when you go through that list and see how many have progressed in their career to date, then it's clear it was right to move a lot of them on. Question for another day is should they have even been bought in the first place :)
Very frustrating Alex but he left to not be a left back and has only really featured at left back for Newcastle, in my opinion he would have got more minutes at Chelsea so far this season.
Didnt back himself to break in and Chelsea want the pure funds for FFP
Could not agree with your review more. An excellent and balanced view and more aligned with my personal views and Si’s alternative version.

Outside your terms of reference but what really hurt last night was watching Tomori play. How did we manage to lose him?
Nice report Luke.
The only player missed is Toni Rudiger!
Yes he went on a free but
How I would love to see him back and Captain of our club!
He'd sort these bunch of cowards out.
Hold fire mate, will do a separate article on free transfers/loans out
Pulisic just scored, typical😂 commentators curse

Good analysis, Luke.
What about your thoughts on Lewis Hall leaving? (at least on loan, for now)

Yeah I feel the same way, Luke. Don't know how but strangely, it feels that his rise to the 1st team came at the wrong time
good ratings these!
