Agree 1000%. Its nonsensical to think that sacking managers every season will bring us back to where we want to be, we need patience, but we also need improvement. I have no idea who the man to lead us forward is or should be, but I'm intrigued by Hansi Flick and Hoeneß from to Stuttgart. I'd love to see some change on the Stewart/Winstanley side as well, I think they have been WOEFUL and not enough blame is directed at them.
The reality is that step one has to be a Sporting Director with a lucid vision of a style of play that drives recruitment and team building. It can’t just be let’s sign a collection of talented under-25 players and see what happens. Without that, every manager will be set up to fail.
I agree 100% with your sentiments, but think we should start with supporting the current manager and sticking by him through this season and at least next. We will ask for patience, you do in your article let’s start with Poch.

Just back Poch and let him grow with this team! 💙
