Poch isn't the man, this team need continuity to improve, lets back the manager and the players for the rest of the season and see where we end up!
There will be change in the summer....
Good Evening Ladies and Gents,
It seems glaringly obvious that there will be a change of management in the summer, whether we part ways with Poch or if he walks away, it hasn’t gone well and we all expected it to have gone better.
At some point this unhappiness and constant want for a change of manager will have to change and we will have to stick with one, that is on us as the fans as much as it is on the board to higher the right candidate.
Our good friend The Score has tweeted this today;
This is so accurate and correct I cannot shout it loud enough. The first step is on the board and the club to get the right manager in, one who can improve players, one who can implement his style quickly and one who most importantly can build a rapport with the club and the fans almost instantly.
The next is on us as the fans to persevere, have patience and ride any storms. I absolutely despise Arsenal and hate giving them any form of credit but look at them now after sticking with a manager through a storm, even when the most patient of Arsenal fans had given up on their former skipper, they waited they persevered and now are fully reaping the rewards.
There are many similarities between the two situations and there is some complete differences but the principle is the same to me, in any walk of life and any career people grow with continuity, confidence and the backing of those higher than them in the food chain and those lower. Everybody has to align.
Lets back the team and the manager for the rest of this season regardless, we could end up in Europe with a decent run of form and also in another cup final.
That is on us as fans to back the team and manager, especially at The Bridge, if we remain unbeaten there it will see us at least in another cup semi final and also having a very good chance of finishing in European positions.
Thank you all for reading!

Agree 1000%. Its nonsensical to think that sacking managers every season will bring us back to where we want to be, we need patience, but we also need improvement. I have no idea who the man to lead us forward is or should be, but I'm intrigued by Hansi Flick and Hoeneß from to Stuttgart. I'd love to see some change on the Stewart/Winstanley side as well, I think they have been WOEFUL and not enough blame is directed at them.
Just back Poch and let him grow with this team! 💙
