I thought it was an obligation to buy or did that only rely on certain criteria? Very telling that he’s not starting even with a bucket load of injuries. Just scared that if he did come back to chelsea , he’d still be sold for profit. Can you provide more clarity on the topic please ? As mentioned, Lewis hasn't featured much, so not much for us to report. His move to Newcastle WILL be made permanent regardless of what happens during the season.
All the reports are saying it’s only permanent if certain criteria is met, he’s only had a couple of starts. Howe comments very telling too, don’t see it becoming permanent unless they pursued another loan year with obligation
If its not Newcastle, which I fully expect it to be it will be somewhere else. He wants to play in midfield and the club view him as having a higher ceiling at Left Back
You just know that Harvey and possibly Omari will never play for us ever again despite being the best performers in their loan clubs to cater for Angelo and Diego. Poor poor squad management from the SDs.
