Lets see how our loan army are getting on.....

Welcome back to the 23/24 season loan army report. This is a summary of what our loan players have been up to over the last week or so.
Lets get into it……
Gaga Slonina:
A 3-1 loss for Gaga’s side this weekend, an average performance from the looks of it, he made an error for a goal which to my recollection is his first this season.
He did prevent 1.02 expected goals with Genk accruing a whopping 4.02 XG. He completed 21/35 passes, made 7 saves and had 55 touches
Bashir Humphreys:
Swansea’s caretaker manager does not seem to rate Bash, he has played a grand total of 1 minute in the last 2 games. Lets hope they get a permanent manager that rates Bash in and quickly.
Zak Sturge:
Zak played 75 mins v Arsenal U21 in the EFL Trophy last midweek, unfortunately I cannot find any highlights or statistics from this game.
I do know he got a match rating of 7.6/10 which shows a good performance.
He was an unused sub on Saturday.
Andrey Santos:
Not selected again, might stop reporting on this one, he will be recalled in 2 weeks time.
Steve Cooper is on the verge of the sack which may give this loan a lifeline, BUT Chelsea should not be doing Forest any favours.
Cesare Casadei:
Cesare’s loan is faltering in my opinion, he had a really good run in the side when Ndidi was injured, since Ndidi has returned to full fitness Cesare has played 113mins out of a possible 450…….concerning
Tino Anjorin:
Still out Injured, due to return, Jan/Feb. Will be staying at Portsmouth for the duration of the season unless anything changes.
Omari Hutchinson:
Omari played 29 mins against Middlesbrough at the weekend, scoring an impressive goal to seal the game on the counter attack, 2-0 to Ipswich.
He then started and played 90 mins v Watford during midweek in a 2-1 victory away at Vicarage Road, he was very good again, with an assist for the first goal and being a threat throughout.
Harvey Vale:
Harvey is flying at the minute, playing everywhere up and down the left flank and completing 90 mins for fun. He has played 270 out of a possible 270 in this last week.
Over his last 8 starts he has accrued an average match rating of 7.3, Mr. Consistent for Bristol Rovers.
Charlie Webster:
Charlie was an unused sub this weekend v PSV.
Diego Moreira:
Diego has played 112 of the last 180 minutes since our last report and he is slowly improving and adjusting to life in first team football at Lyon.
Mason Burstow:
An unused sub in the last 2 fixtures under caretaker management.
David Datro Fofana:
Also an unused sub in the last 2 fixtures
Angelo Gabriel:
2 sub appearances for Angelo in the last week to no real avail. Another loan in my eyes that could be starting to falter.
He hasn’t played over 60 minutes in 2 and a half months.
Dion Rankine:
Dion is continuing his recovery really well and has played another 65 minutes in the last week, in a narrow home defeat to port vale!

You just know that Harvey and possibly Omari will never play for us ever again despite being the best performers in their loan clubs to cater for Angelo and Diego. Poor poor squad management from the SDs.
Could you update on Lewis hall please? Newcastle not using him and looks like he may not meet the criteria for a permanent move. I thought it was an obligation to buy or did that only rely on certain criteria? Very telling that he’s not starting even with a bucket load of injuries. Just scared that if he did come back to chelsea , he’d still be sold for profit. Can you provide more clarity on the topic please ? Also do you think if he did come back, we’d keeep hold of him this time around ? Thank you to the whole team for everything as always and keep up the top work ! Some great content on here.
