Hakimi latest, Isak interest, Cakir a GK option, cfcnewspage's transfer updates, our England Euros review
All packed into our latest Chelsea FC newsletter!
Welcome back to another jam packed Chelsea FC newsletter, and the transfer deals are ticking on, albeit behind closed doors..
First of all, we have partnered with popular Instagram account and proven reliable Chelsea insider, cfcnewspage, and yesterday he bought us his first general transfer updates in what will be a weekly feature for us exclusively here on Si & Dan Talk Chelsea.
I’ll direct you to check that out first for the general transfer lowdown here.
Next up, we have a couple of interesting reports via our own inside sources.
First of all, the man of the moment is Achraf Hakimi, and I’ve been reporting on this closely over the last week, despite the situation often changing vastly on many occasions.
Here is the latest I know on Hakimi.
I’ve also been told that Chelsea are keeping a close eye on the Alexander Isak situation as a potential alternative to Erling Haaland - who remains the priority by the way.
But you can get the latest on Haaland and Isak here.
Finally on the transfer front, I promised I’d try and get some names on potential goalkeepers the club are looking at to replace Kepa Arrizabalaga, IF he leaves this summer.
And I’ve managed to get one name for now who I’ve been reliably told we are considering, you can read about that here.
And to round it off, y’all know I’m English and a massive England fan, so the I’ve given my verdict on England’s latest match against Scotland here for those interested.
As much as I detested England’s performance, I was super impressed with our very own Billy Gilmour for Scotland, but the poor kid can’t catch a break.
He’s tested positive for Covid-19 and will now isolate for the next 10 days, potentially ending his Euros already. So sad man, such a shame for him.
Thanks for stopping by, check in regularly for all our latest Chelsea transfer updates in a very busy and critical time. If you aren’t subbing to the site now, then I highly recommend you do, as this is where all our news gets posted first off before anywhere else, directly to your email inbox (please check your spam items, they often jump in there frustratingly).
