Fair indeed, something has to change around this flexi system. The Cobham spirit that won the CL has gone. Two players on the pitch surly do not want to be at the club so put them aside, Ziyech & Pully the wool over yer eyes. TT has so much to do

Still its never dull at Chelse

This situation is totally unacceptable. Now Man U seem to be getting their house in order, the media have unsurprisingly marked us out as the next banter club to feast on.

Can't blame them. TT is presiding over an absolute shambles and has clearly lost the dressing room.

Failure to fix the obvious midfield problem. Koulibaly is a back 4 player yet we persist with back 3. Playing half the team out of position. Picking players who want out. So much rotation it seems clear TT has not got a clue how to fix the problems. The Lukaku debacle. Almost certainly the most unwatchable team in the Premiership. 100% failure at assembling any meaningful attacking force. Now he is spreading that failure to the defence. The list of issues goes on and on.

TT is finished at Chelsea. It doesn't matter whether fans back him or not. Quite clear that the players don't - I cannot remember a time when so many players wanted to leave the club- and that marks the end of the road for any manager. And the end of the road is weeks not months away.

I am very sorry but I am going to say it. Sack him now. I know that will be unpopular with subscribers but before they shoot me down, I ask them respectfully what is the alternative? What is the road forward? What progress has been made since his first part season? (I am beginning to think that was new manager bounce more than anything else)

I think the TV commentators got it right for once .. lots of possession no urgency it’s what I’ve been banging on about for weeks.. we never get out of Reverse and 1st gear. Where is the cut and thrust. By the time we attack we face a wall of defenders.

They’re so pedestrian it’s not funny, there’s a simple answer with many underlying causes, we aren’t a team, we don’t attack or defend as one, it’s disjointed and it shows, what are the coaches doing? I can’t see any evidence of a cohesive structure i this team.

Morning Karen I’ve just made a similar point on another thread. I always look for positives and I hope that Tuchel realises he has to put out his best team not try and give everyone minutes to keep them happy. If necessary give people minutes from the bench with the game won. Wesley Fofana will be a good player for us, Cucerella looks good. Koulabaly jury out looks a yard short of pace and position at this level. Aspi (Dave) difficult to perform with chaos all around you but should have done a captains job last night and didn’t.

Aubameyang was probably started to soon looks to be worried about that jaw injury but showed more movement in 60-70 minutes than Lukuku did in the whole of last season except for when he picked up his pay check.

I’m interested to know your thoughts on Koulibaly, how’s he been so awful? Fofana stepped up in the second half, aggressive in tackling and driving forward. Isn’t Koulibaly better as a CCB? What’s the point of playing a back 3 when we’re still vulnerable defensively? How does Azpi still get on the pitch? Why are Kovacic & Mount starting as a pivot? Shouldn’t Broja have started over Aubameyang? Why is Ziyech still at Chelsea?

So many questions, one month in and zero answers. I’m sorry but I can’t see this going on for much longer. No identity, no fight, no threat, just going through the motions, we all know how this ends. Another year with Azpi and Jorginho as Captain & Vice Captain and another shambles.

Fair comments. I'll reflect on all of that and more today in some articles.
