Transfer Window Deadline Day Updates as they arrive - Potential Departures

These reports will be a mixture of what I have heard/been told myself, as well as using only the better sources.
Mon AM - Callum Hudson-Odoi has agreed personal terms with Borussia Dortmund ahead of a proposed loan move, at the moment Chelsea are not letting him leave - Sky Germany.
Mon AM - Reading are working on a loan deal for Danny Drinkwater - Multiple Sources.
Mon AM - Dujon Sterling is set to sign a new Chelsea contract before joining Blackpool on loan - BBC.
Mon AM - Ruben Loftus-Cheek is assessing his options ahead of tomorrow’s deadline. He’s been told his involvement will be limited at Chelsea this season. Loan and permanent interest from clubs in England and Italy - Ryan Taylor, The Express (one of their better sources).
Mon AM - Thomas Tuchel will decide today the future of Hudson-Odoi and whether to let him go out on loan - Matt Law, The Telegraph.
Currently I am trying to find out more on Hudson-Odoi, but I believe it is unlikely he will leave this window. Things can change in an instant. Was always told he would not go on loan.
Mon PM - Chelsea have told a host of players, including Callum Hudson-Odoi, that they cannot seek loan moves after encountering issues negotiating for both Sevilla's Jules Kounde and Atletico Madrid's Saul Niguez - Nizaar Kinsella, Goal.
Mon PM - Ethan Ampadu has also been told that he will remain at the club and will not be able to seek a loan move. The likes of Malang Sarr, Danny Drinkwater, Ross Barkley and Lewis Baker will be allowed to leave regardless of situations elsewhere. - Nizaar Kinsella, Goal.
Mon PM - Tiemoue Bakayoko's move to AC Milan will soon be announced - Nizaar Kinsella, Goal.
Mon PM - Ruben Loftus-Cheek will only be allowed to leave on loan if Chelsea sign Saul Niguez - Nizaar Kinsealla, Goal.
Mon PM - SOURCES: I understand that Callum Hudson-Odoi has not agreed personal terms with Borussia Dortmund and is unlikely to leave this window bar any dramatic late changes.
Mon PM - An un-named Premier League club has made an enquiry about a permanent deal for Hudson-Odoi - Sky Sports.
*Note from me - I was told this is the only way Hudson-Odoi leaves this window, but I highly doubt Chelsea will even think about entertaining such an offer unless it’s huge.
DONE DEAL! - Tiemoue Bakayoko joins AC Milan on loan!
Mon PM - Ruben Loftus-Cheek is considering his future and has offers. Chelsea will also be trying to offload Danny Drinkwater, who is subject of a loan bid from Reading, as well as finding a home for Ross Barkley. Malang Sarr, Ethan Ampadu and Charly Musonda are also possible loan departures - Simon Johnson, The Athletic.
Mon PM - It’s a BIG Premier League side who want to sign Callum Hudson-Odoi on a permanent deal in the next 24 hours - Sky Sports.
Monday Evening - The Premier League club that have made an enquiry about a permanent deal for Callum Hudson-Odoi is Leicester City - Adam Newson, Football London.
Monday Evening - Chelsea are ready to let Tino Anjorin join Lokomotiv Moscow in an £18million move. But they are asking for a £25m buy-back clause to be inserted into the deal - Andy Dillon, The Sun (one of the more reliable ones).
Monday Evening - Tino Anjorin is close to joining Lokomotiv Moscow in a loan deal that includes a £17 million option to buy. They intend to activate the option next summer, but it will also include a buyback option for Chelsea at £34m - Nizaar Kinsella, Goal.
*So Dillon’s report above was a little off the mark but also close to the mark! Moscow are expected to activate the option to buy, meaning he will join them next summer for £17m, then Chelsea have buy-back option for £34m.
DONE DEAL! - Danny Drinkwater joins Reading on loan for the season.
Monday Evening - Rapid Vienna are set to finally complete this loan move for Thierno Ballo. No buyout, just a straight loan - Nizaar Kinsella, Goal.
Monday Evening - Dortmund are not holding out any hope of getting Callum Hudson-Odoi - Simon Stone, BBC.
Tuesday Morning - Callum Hudson-Odoi is hoping to secure a loan move away from Chelsea, with Borussia Dortmund among the clubs looking to secure his signature. Chelsea coach Thomas Tuchel is wary about letting him go however, especially if the club do not sign anyone else before the window shuts.
There is no option for a permanent transfer in Dortmund’s plan for a loan deal and Hudson-Odoi has been promised game-time in his preferred left-wing role as part of the switch - The Athletic.
DONE DEAL! - Dujon Sterling joins Blackpool on loan after signing a contract extension with Chelsea until 2023.
Tuesday Morning - “Chelsea Manager Thomas Tuchel is still blocking a transfer of Callum Hudson-Odoi to Borussia Dortmund. Things could change if Chelsea find a replacement.” - Patrick Berger, Sport1.
Tuesday Morning - “Callum Hudson-Odoi likely to remain at Chelsea. Tuchel wants him to stay and fight for first team place.” - Dharmesh Sheth, Sky Sports.
Tuesday Morning - “Callum Hudson-Odoi is expected to stay with Chelsea despite strong interest from Borussia Dortmund in taking him on loan.” - Rob Draper, Daily Mail.
Tuesday Morning - “As things stand, Ruben Loftus-Cheek likely to stay at Chelsea in this transfer window.” - Matt Law, The Telegraph.
Tuesday Morning - "It’s a strange situation because on one hand Thomas Tuchel really admires the player [Hudson-Odoi] and believes in his talent, yet the club realise his pathway into the team is blocked and he may become frustrated this season." - Dean Jones, Eurosport. * This is a correct statement by the way, it’s also what I am told.
Tuesday Afternoon - Callum Hudson-Odoi and Ruben Loftus-Cheek are both staying at Chelsea - Per multiple top sources.

Tuesday Afternoon - OUR SOURCES: Burnley have made contact with Chelsea over signing a ‘new number 10’ - unsure as of yet whether that is Ruben Loftus-Cheek or Ross Barkley. Enquiry is for a loan deal.
Tuesday Afternoon - Ryan Taylor (reliable) of The Express now confirming my report from above, he says the player is Ross Barkley… “Burnley consider late move (loan) for Ross Barkley. Difficult deal to do but Chelsea want to offload. Nothing concrete at this stage.”
Tuesday Afternoon - “Chelsea are exploring late options to loan Ethan Ampadu again. The door had been closed for him to leave until today. Malang Sarr has had interest from Eintracht Frankfurt before today. Chelsea trying to find options for him, Barkley and Baker.” - Nizaar Kinsealla, Goal.
DONE DEAL! - Academy forward Thierno Ballo has completed a season-long loan move to Rapid Vienna!
Tuesday Afternoon - Tino Anjorin is undergoing a medical as we speak ahead of proposed transfer from Chelsea to Lokomotiv Moscow. 19yo midfielder going on loan with an option to buy in January for £17m. If purchase happens, #CFC will have buyback clause for €40m - David Ornstein, The Athletic.
