A brilliant and well written article that really sums up the truth. Those that are negative on Twitter are not genuine supporters or are incapable of having a balanced view. Everything you said above is accurate and in line with most Chelsea supporters I speak to. Yes, there’s room for improvement, but in all, over the last two years we would probably have lost the old Trafford this past weekend but we came away with the draw. No team is outshone at all this season and we have played some top teams already. This weekend against Arsenal will be another test. You are spot on the goalkeeping issue is the most important one to resolve but it is also important that we don’t make a rushed decision. If that means we stick with we have currently and so be it not that I like watching him, he scares the hell out of me every game.

Yes the team has improved but we are still seeing some players making the same basic errors by being too predictable.
Sachez weak facing an attacker with the ball at the attackers feet too likely to give away a penalty.
Madueke insisting on going inside even when the defense is prepared for it.
Gusto inverting into a 10 and shooting high and wide rather than attempting a killer pass into the box.
Re crosses no one running short in front on the defense to receive the ball meaning most crosses are cut out by defense.
Having said that currently top 4 is a reasonable assessment and goal and I applaud the improvement.
