A good listen. I do love the way you guys over-reach as all fans do - that wise advice about Carney perhaps not playing the full 90 minutes. Presumably based on zero sports medicine and/or elite football fitness training. Buy hey, why let that stop us. 🤣
Glad you do. I enjoy it. That bit in the pod just struck me as funny. Classic fan in the stand or down the pub stuff. There’s a guy who sits near me in the MHL who often find fault in our pre-match warm-up routines; he services lifts for a living, so knows what he’s talking about.
Nothing has advanced yet other than initial enquiries for Murillo. Chelsea will need to sell Badiashile first but have yet to have any solid interest. Clubs know he is available for the right price.
Thanks for the insight Si - Murillo is a force of nature and better than Badiashile - hope someone comes around in August at least to buy Badi. Chelsea is badly lacking that Brazilian flair and quotient - we are the club that had Willian Oscar Ramirez and el loco David Luiz- we need to get some EPL fit ones - Santos and Angelo certainly going on loan for a season or two.

Another great podcast guys & good take on game. Rather than results I’m more interested in how things settle (if at all) over pre season in terms of player combinations etc. Also that we get through with no injuries.

I tuned the first time for quite a while 48 mins not a bad time and filled with updates and important takes on thing fans are talking about. Just one thing Si when will you be signing J’ai to an 8 year contract?
