Morning!
Happy Halloween to those who enjoy/celebrate it!
It’s been a bit of a Halloween nightmare for Chelsea this weekend, with a terrifying defeat to Brighton, Graham Potter’s former side. A harrowing 4-1 thrashing from them saw our players turning into skeletons once again. I have my post-match thoughts and reactions here.
I’m back on UK soil again now as you’ll know, after flying home from Cyprus on Saturday. We had an unreal time and I’ll miss it immensely. As they say though, there’s no place like home, and it’s good to be back.
Checked in with sources over the weekend still, of course, with so much going on. So, I have a couple of sourced articles to go through now.
One first on Frenkie De Jong. After Chelsea’s real attempts to sign him in the summer, could they return for him in January? Find out here.
The next sourced article in on the futures of Jorginho and N’Golo Kante. Had a few of these lately, but there are some fresh updates in here after talking to a source this weekend.
Every player was shocking against Brighton, so I’m not trying to single anyone out here. But there is a real conversation to be had about Raheem Sterling unfortunately, so I have some thoughts on his current form here, going back to quotes on him from a diehard Manchester City fan at the time we signed him.

Have a good one, enjoy your scary movie if you are watching one later on!
Peace, Si.
