The 100% reliable David Ornstein of The Athletic broke the news on Monday morning that Paul Mitchell from Monaco is being looked at by two Chelsea bidders.

I’ve checked in on this and I am being told that fans voices and opinions over time is something that has made a difference to the way of thinking behind this, and some in ALL groups looking to buy Chelsea know the importance of a good footballing director at any club.
