Chelsea’s wild pursuit of a new striker continues, and it feels like we have been hearing about new names every single day all this week.
SPTC sources have ‘got lost’ with all the teenage strikers and attackers we are monitoring and trying to sign. Of course, Chelsea look set to sign Omari Kellyman from Aston Villa, but he is more of an attacking midfielder than a striker. It is correct that Chelsea are looking at Hoffenheim striker Maximilian Beier, with the 21-year-old being the newest striker added to our shortlist.
SPTC sources can also confirm Chelsea’s interest in 18-year-old Barcelona striker Marc Guiu, but we’d suspect him to be for the future rather than the first team, IF we went for him. £5million release clause apparently.
