Sources: Why Chelsea pulled Cole Palmer from England duty, Noni Madueke needs to be dropped, Progress clear but Chelsea still need new spine, Wesley Fofana plays best game yet, News roundups, More..
The Chelsea FC Newsletter: Tuesday 12th November 2024!
Morning all,
Hope you’re having a good week despite us being in yet another international break!
We’ll of course still have the mass Chelsea content on here every single day as always regardless.
First of all, take a look at all your latest Chelsea news from across the last 24 hours in the same place here. This covers more Arsenal reactions, transfer rumours, quotes, interviews, podcasts, and everything else in between!
Some of my own reactions from Arsenal now. The progress is clear to see and we showed that we are more than level with Arsenal right now in terms of quality. But there are still issues at Chelsea that needs to be addressed, mainly the spine of the team. I can’t wait until the day I can stop writing that! Get my latest words on it in here.
Noni Madueke reacted angrily to be subbed off against Arsenal and walked off down the tunnel. This egotistic nonsense never sits well with me and some home truths need putting out there. So you can find that in here. He needs to be dropped, at the very least, and not just for having a bad attitude.
I’ve been a bit critical of Wesley Fofana this season and he hasn’t been great, which is perhaps understandable after not playing all last season. But against Arsenal he played his best game for us since his injury, and I hope that can continue. Words on Wes here.
Finally, I put this sourced article here out first thing yesterday morning just after 7am. It’s on Cole Palmer and his England duty. Chelsea had been very keen to pull him from it and even though he was pictured later in the day arriving for England duty, it was then confirmed, as expected and reported, that Palmer withdrawn. All the details in the sourced article.
See you all on the next live blog from around 8.30am today!
Peace, Si.
