Sources have said there is a lot of tension at the moment from the club, the players, and the manager. There’s uncertainty now and the club are keen to get things sorted out as soon as possible.
It’s unclear when they will actually sit down with Pochettino, but there has been internal board meetings and discussions since Sunday night, and bringing Pochettino in for this widely reported end of season review will be the next step. Remember, this is a review that has been pre-planned since Pochettino arrived.
