The Chelsea FC Newsletter: Wednesday 26th March 2025!
Morning all,
Welcome to hump day! We do not have Chelsea back until next Thursday the 3rd of April unfortunately, with Tottenham heading to Stamford Bridge.
As I always say though, we’ll always have the Chelsea content every day here regardless of anything else going on!
Let’s begin with a sourced article, and it is on the future of winger Noni Madueke. Will Chelsea sell him this summer? There are clubs lining up to make approaches. Find out all the answers and which clubs are in for him here.
Reece James grabbed all the headlines this week on the international break as he scored a superb free kick against Latvia. He literally bent it like Beckham to put England ahead much to Thomas Tuchel’s delight. I have some words on why he didn’t celebrate the goal, his relationship with his Uncle Tommy, and much more here.
A bit of a random one next and it is more football in general. You will remember that I wrote an article recently explaining why my love of football on the whole has decreased over the years. And this article here explains a bit more on that. I picked up on some quotes and an interview with a former Premier League player, to ask, is football losing it’s mavericks and what does this mean for the game?
Chelsea’s sister club Strasbourg are on course for Champions League qualification this season and they are doing well under Liam Rosenior. There is some superb analysis here comparing the two teams and honing in on how much better the French side have been playing.
As always, you can read all about the general Chelsea news that has come out across the last 24 hours in the same place in our live blog from yesterday here.
And you can join us on the next live blog from around 8.30am on the home page!
Peace, Si.
Strasbourg on course for champions league football is a bit of a stretch
