The Chelsea FC Newsletter: Monday 30th December 2024!
Morning all!
Last few days of 2024 eh? Where did that go!? Hope you are all continuing to enjoy the festive period for those of you lucky enough to have it off!
Chelsea play football tonight! We face relegation dead certs Ipswich Town in the Premier League away from home, and it is a chance for striker Liam Delap to directly audition in front of Enzo Maresca and the Chelsea hireachy. Delap is a Chelsea target and although I don’t foresee him getting many chances or seeing much of the ball tonight [I hope], he will be looking to make an impression. A bit of a preview and more in here.
More Delap talk in this next article here as well as I do a bit of a preview on what to expect in the January transfer window that is now just days away from opening. Fabrizio Romano has confirmed a bunch of our own sourced info from across the last few months in this one, and I also report some extra sourced snippets for the window!
Staying on the subject of transfers. Last week, on Christmas Day in fact, I asked you all to make your votes on what exactly Chelsea still need to complete this squad? The majority have decided on three more key positions across the core, and I agree, but also think we might need a bit more too. Check out those results and my extra words on it here.
Could Marcin Bulka be one of the players that Chelsea look to sign? Well, there is some interest, and Bulka would certainly love a chance to play for Chelsea again. Interestingly, there has been a glowing profile article out on him this weekend, and it got me intrigued. Would you take Bulka back at Chelsea? You can read the article and make your votes in here.
And of course, as I do every Sunday, I rounded up all your general Chelsea news from the day and put it all in the Blues News Report here for your convenience. That Kolo Muani news in this too!
Thanks for stopping by. I’ll start the live blog today around 8.30am! See you all there.
Peace, Si.
