The Chelsea FC Newsletter: Monday 27th November 2023!
Morning all,
Away from Chelsea, I hope you all enjoyed your weekend and had fun in whatever you might have got up to that wasn’t Chelsea related. For me, we put the Christmas tree and decs up, and I also played football - so that was a great happy release away from the nonsense on the pitch in Newcastle!
I was so annoyed I didn’t even do a match debrief article! I did however, review the game a bit of offered my thoughts on how it panned out which you can find in full here.
A lot of people are preaching patience still right now, which is fine and fully holds weight, but does it match up with the targets, expectations, and reality of what we are trying to achieve this season? We are building for the future but need to see much more in the here and now. I explain in here fully what the club targets are this season for Mauricio Pochettino and the team.
Another sourced article next and seeing as there has been a lot reported and said about Chelsea’s interest in both Ivan Toney and Victor Osimhen of late, I wanted to explain it all fully and exactly where we are at, as well as add in some new key information on the situations in here.
Former Chelsea captain Frank Lebouef was like all of us this Saturday and unimpressed with our defeat to Newcastle. Always a fan first, Frank has some strong words on the recruitment team and board with the squad that has been built. You can find Frank’s ever passionate latest words in here.
Finally, more reports on Toney, more reactions to the embarrassing defeat to Newcastle, and much more in our news roundups from Sunday in here.
All back to normal this week folks so I’ll be on the live blog from 8am ish today. See you all there!
Peace, Si.
