The Chelsea legend will soon be in his next managerial job

Frank Lampard is currently weighing up his next managerial position after his interim role with Chelsea at the end of last season.

Lampard has not yet found a suitable job to go into, but he has been holding talks with clubs and weighing up offers.

A lot has been said about Lampard’s coaching ability and whether he can make it as a coach - but his desire remains to make it as a manager in English football.

I think he has taken some questionable roles up until now, but he’s always carefully thought out each move that he makes in his head, and he is doing the same now.

There are a few options coming up for Lampard, and it looks like he could actually drop a division into Championship football in order to sort of ‘start again’ if you like and build up.

But again, it needs to be the right opportunity for him, somewhere he feels he can really lead a project.

There was three talks/interviews with Rangers until they decided to go with a bit more experience and that was dusted.
