The Chelsea women's boss is departing the club at the end of the season

It was announced over the weekend that Chelsea women’s manager Emma Hayes is leaving the club at the end of this season to take up a new role as the manager of the USA women’s national team.

Chelsea hope that Hayes will continue at the club in some capacity and that is being discussed internally right now. I am not sure in what way they are planning that, or whether Hayes will be keen. But they are aware of her importance to the club and are keen to offer her some sort of role that she will be able to do alongside the USA job.
