Despite the ownership situation at the moment, work is still being put into potential planning for the summer transfer window at Chelsea.
We are told that whilst things are up in the air and no actual transfer business or contract talks are happening until the new owners are in place, Chelsea staff ARE continuing as normal in terms of carrying on liaising with agents of club targets for the summer.
