Chelsea continue their search to sign a new centre back as we move through the January transfer window.

The Club World Cup coming up as well is playing a part in this search, and we will have more details on that below.

I have also once again asked our best SPTC source for some names that they are hearing the most right now, and we have EIGHT of them to reveal further below.

But before that, our sources have heard that Chelsea are on the hunt for a perfect new centre back option, if such a thing exists. They want to make sure they get this one spot on. Because not only are they trying to bring in a new centre back for now and for the future, they also want that centre back to lead them into the Club World Cup in the summer as well.
