Sources: Chelsea now discussing Man City & PSG attackers as summer targets

Names are being seriously discussed internally

Chelsea’s summer plans are well and truly kicking in right now and internal recruitment discussions are happening.

As I’ve been reporting on here, and Fabrizio Romano also confirmed yesterday in some updates, the recruitment team are looking at a host of different options for a number of positions, and they are looking at some cheaper options as well as the more expensive ones.

I also understand that the club are looking at creative ways to keep in line with PSR rules whilst also recruiting where they need to, and this means potentially looking at loan deals with options/obligations to buy.

And this could connect with the next reported target that has been spoken about within the club this week.
