Sources: Chelsea not changing project but could 'tweak it', Certain players growing confused and fed up, Liam Rosenior in for the long haul
Answering Darren's questions yesterday
I’m writing this sourced article in response to the top comment off the live blog yesterday.
Darren Smith said:
“One thing about yesterday, was how out of his depth Liam Rosenior was.
“To replace the keeper before the first leg & then play a back three with two players that are only 19 & 20 was pure madness. What was Rosenior playing at!?
“The positive thing that I took away was, we were actually taken apart by a more ruthless & vicious team, that absolutely destroyed us.
“Now... If and only... IF, the owners looked at that they game (and they WERE all there) they could easily see what we were lacking & that surely they want to build something like the model PSG have in place.
“That would be re-assuring. We are not a million miles off from being where we want to be.
“However do our owners see that?
“Will they change the model & bring in the type of personnel of a player what we need? In fact what the WHOLE football world knows we need!
“So Si, with all your sources, could you find out, if there any lessons that have been learnt.
“Will there be a change of direction?
“Yes, we got smashed, but will things change & will they be addressed.
“As for Rosenior? We have all wanted him to succeed. I just don’t see it though. He is just playing true to the cartoon character many thought he would be.

Written notes
Bizarre press conferences
Everyone being “world class or “outstanding”.
Along with his Poor tactics.
“Sad to say, but I think he is on borrowed time already.
“I would love to be proved wrong with us getting Top 5 and some how win the FA Cup final.
“Doubt it though!”
So, time to respond to those questions. I agree with everything Darren has said here by the way.
