Props to Nico Jackson - improvements detailed, Does Maresca genuinely rate Sanchez? Palmer is not Zola but can have Blues legacy - where's the criticism now? Chelsea show strong mentality, More....
The Chelsea FC Newsletter: Tuesday 29th October 2024!
Morning all,
Hope you are all enjoying your week so far. Chelsea are in EFL Cup action this Wednesday and it’s against the team we just beat, Newcastle United!
And then all we seem to do lately is have games on Sunday’s, with the next one being against Manchester United this coming weekend at Old Trafford.
Some big opinion articles today off the back of our win against Toon on Sunday afternoon.
The first one is offering some props to Nicolas Jackson and more importantly, detailing his clear improvements this season so far. You can read that in full here.
Another debate that has been going around a lot late is surrounding Robert Sanchez. The boss Enzo Maresca has been publicly defending Sanchez a lot lately, which has had tongues wagging. So what is the thinking behind that? Does he just genuinely rate the Blues stopper? Read all about that in here.
There’s been a lot of comparing Cole Palmer with Gianfranco Zola going on and frankly, it needs to stop. They are completely different players. Palmer can certainly become a Chelsea legend like Zola, but this stuff needs to calm down for now, and the many reasons as to why is in here. Also, where’s the Palmer criticism gone!?
Dylan had his thoughts after the Newcastle win and as always, some really good points and things noticed from him in here.
Round up all your latest Chelsea news from across the last 24 hours in the same place in here, covering quotes, interviews, transfer rumours, and everything else in between!
