Morning all,
First of all today, just to let the Podcast listeners know that myself and Jai will be recording the latest episode tomorrow rather than today, as I have some things on this evening. So we will find out Jai’s take on Mauricio Pochettino and the current situation then - the episode will drop into your emails tomorrow.
Today really is all about more reactions and opinions from our defeat against Middlesbrough on Tuesday night. A lot of people are now calling for Pochettino to be sacked, but is that the answer?
Find out my views, as well as the views of our entire community in this big deep dive article on Poch and the current situation in here. As always, there is never just one person to point the blame towards.
Following on from that, I honed in on Pochettino’s comments from his post-match press conference, because some of it just didn’t sit well with me, and many others. Get the full read on that in here.
We have Luke Rushbrook back from illness just in time to give his take on Pochettino and the current situation at the club. Always great to hear what Luke is thinking, and you can check that out in here. The best thing about Luke is he always brings the positivity, and sometimes it’s good to read that as well, especially getting another perspective.
Roundup all your latest Chelsea news and of course, more reactions from pundits, the press, and former Chelsea players after the League Cup defeat in here. This also covers any other news and transfer rumours from across the last 24 hours - including a new and intriguing report on Victor Osimhen to Chelsea 👀
Join me on the live blog from around 8am this morning as usual.
Peace, Si.
I think if he carries on playing sterling then he will end up getting himself sacked.
