Is Pochettino's approach to man management and returning injured players the best in the game?
I think it could be........
Good Morning Ladies and Gents,
Today I want to give you my thoughts on Poch’s approach to returning injured players and his man management overall.
I touched on this briefly during my Reece James article on Monday. Poch has really impressed me with his approach to bring Reece back in to the fold, slowly but surely integrating him in to be ready for some big fixtures.
It seems as though he will also take caution with the likes of Nkunku, Lavia and Wesley Fofana. Christopher Nkunku is desperate to play and has told Poch this on a few occasions, but there is no way Poch will select him unless he truly thinks he is ready, I would imagine there will be a plethora of substitute appearances first before he gets into starting games.
Luckily we have started to perform well and there is no need to rush the likes Nkunku & Lavia back, I think you will see even more caution with Lavia’s return given the options we have in that area of the field, again with multiple substitute appearances before a predicted first start Against Sheffield United or Newcastle come mid-December.
Poch will be careful with these returning players, as the busiest part of this years schedule is approaching and he will want the option to rotate but keep the team strong, which we will have the option to do given our squad is nearly at its full compliment.
What do you all think of Poch’s man management/approach to returning injured players?? Let me know below.

I think he's been able to be pragmatic but we've been well covered in certain positions. Last season, we were totally stuffed when Reece and Chilwell were injured. Now we have Gasto, and 2 or 3 options who can play left back.
