Haaland, Hakimi, Kepa, Kante, and England at the Euros
All feature in our latest Chelsea FC Newsletter
Welcome to our Euros themed Chelsea FC Newsletter as the summer of football gets well underway.
You should have seen the look on my girlfriend’s face when I told her that we have football on pretty much every day from 2pm until 10pm for the next four weeks!! Don’t you just LOVE a summer international tournament!?
We’ve had some good games already, and Italy really impressed me on Friday night. The way they belted out the national anthem was unreal, it was from that point I knew they’d win the game. That mentality and belief to win the match goes such a long way.
But there are so many good teams in this tournament, and even good old England had a very good start to their campaign..
Is it actually coming home? Find out here in my review of our win against Croatia here.
Big man N’Golo Kante kicks off his Euros campaign tonight, and he faces our German boys Antonio Rudiger, Timo Werner, and Kai Havertz.
I am looking for to this game massively!
Did you guys see what Cesc Fabregas wrote about Kante yesterday and why he got the nick name N’Golinho? Got you covered with that here.
Ok ok, y’all know I can’t do a newsletter without briefing on the latest transfer news!
Now whilst I don’t expect there to be any major deals to be confirmed or done before the Euros, all bar some (maybe even Hakimi), but still there is always things going on.
It’s been quiet on the Erling Haaland front recently, but as I always say, when it goes quiet it is often a good thing… I’ve got the latest on what I know on this situation here.
So what about the aforementioned Hakimi then? I’ve not been able to get too much on this, but I have still got a bit of juicy info and some updates on it here.
Finally, some information from our sources on the future of Kepa Arrizabalaga, who could actually be off this summer, check that here.
Thanks for stopping by guys! Hope you’re enjoying the Euros, been some fantastic games already. I miss Chelsea, but this isn’t a bad alternative!
Gavin Peacock couldn’t make the Podcast last week, but he assures me he is on this week, so don’t miss that - Out Friday at 3pm on all your popular apps and websites, including right here on ours!
Cheers
