Watch the full conference from Frank and Mason, with the Champions League team news
Chelsea are back in Champions League action again tomorrow evening over in France.
We are currently joint top of Group E with Sevilla and gaining another three points tomorrow night is important in terms of gaining that more favourable top of the Group qualification.

As you heard, Lampard has delivered the good news that Kai Havertz and Thiago Silva are both back in the squad for tomorrow. Silva had been given extra rest due to the long-haul travelling in the week, and Havertz has only recently come back after self-isolating.
Christian Pulisic misses out once again, but Lampard is hopeful that he will be available for the weekend’s match against Spurs.
Lampard was questioned on the criticism of Mason Mount once again, and the fact he is referred to by some fans as ‘Lampard’s son’.
The Chelsea boss pointed towards the fact that the criticism surfaces from online fans who have time of their hands to sit behind the phone and abuse people.
Mount isn’t the type of player who is as popular with the modern fan because as Lampard puts it “he doesn’t fill his Instagram reel doing flicks and tricks every day.”
As for Mount being ‘Lampard’s son’, it simply is just an odd claim. Lampard praised his attitude but says he like any other player has no special treatment and has room for improvement as well.
Next on was Mason Mount himself, and you can watch his full interview below..
One thing you instantly notice about Mount is just how level-headed and mature he is in the way he thinks and talks.
This is a massive reason why Mount is liked by managers, it isn’t just about his top-class ability.
Mount spoke about online social media criticism as well, and says that he just ignores it and doesn’t look too much into it. He’d rather stay offline and focus on his performances.
He’s also been very versatile in his short career so far, and Mount says that he enjoys playing different positions but it is midfield that is his more comfortable position.
Mount also responded to Lampard’s comments about him not doing flicks and tricks, and he explains that he used to do this in the academy all the time but learned in men’s football it was better to move the ball quickly and make things happen that way rather than take risks in the wrong areas.
We will wrap things up here with a lovely image spotted near Stamford Bridge today - A Mason Mount mural, you just love to see it!
