Chelsea’s summer transfer plans continue but as I reported recently, some of the actual names we end up going for will depend on whether we get Champions League football or not.

The club have an interest in a number of Bournemouth players for a potential summer pursuit.

Both centre backs Dean Huijsen and Illia Zabarnyi are on Chelsea’s transfer shortlist for the summer, but now SPTC sources have heard of a new Bournemouth player being added to that list for the summer.
