EXCL: Chelsea hold fresh talks with Newcastle owners

As we continue to push through another long summer transfer window, Chelsea are attempting to keep at least some of their transfer plans close to their chests.

There is a sense that there are some things going on and some names being looked at that are not quite out in the public eye at the moment.

The Alexander Isak ‘interest’ was certainly out in the public eye yesterday though, getting some Chelsea fans excited.

As reported by SPTC sources, Chelsea had ‘tentative’ interest in Isak back in January, but there was no chance of it happening then. The interest is of course still there.
