Enzo Maresca to Chelsea 'here we go' soon! Profiling and drawing the positives on Maresca - I'll be backing and supporting him, Fan reaction not been good at all, Transfer news roundups, Much more...
The Chelsea FC Newsletter: Tuesday 28th May 2024!
Morning all,
As is the norm over the last week, all the news is surrounding new Chelsea manager candidates. I’ll be glad when they are announced so at least we know and the contrasting reporting will be over (for now). It’s very much looking like Enzo Maresca WILL be the the new Chelsea manager now, news that has not gone down well at all amongst the majority of the Chelsea fan base.
To get all the latest news on exactly what happened yesterday as it all unwrapped and where exactly we are with the manager search, transfer news, and everything else right up until last night, the live blog from yesterday is here and was popping off yesterday! That’s where to head first to find out the very latest on Maresca and much more.
I’m just as underwhelmed as the majority of you on our latest pending manager appointment. It’s a HUGE risk and really uninspiring. However, there’s no way I will not fully be behind Maresca if he is soon announced as expected, and he will have my full support as Chelsea head coach, without a doubt. I’ve written a positive article profiling him a bit with some key positives and what we can expect from him as a manager in here. We have to give him every chance to succeed here, because that’s exactly what we ALL want as Blues fans.
The rest of the content from yesterday soon became irrelevant really as things moved and changed throughout the day, as is the nature of the beast during these sagas. Fear not, I’ll have much more out today!
I’ll be on the latest live blog from around 8.30am this morning again.
Peace, Si.
I can’t believe how underwhelming this all feels. I will always support Chelsea but players, managers and owners come and go. I do hope I am wrong but it feels like the same old failed process.
I'll get behind him but by all accounts, Leicester were incredibly boring to watch. Hopefully we don't just return to aimless sideways passing and boring teams to death like Manchester City do.
