Chelsea Newsletter: Wednesday 5th April
Covering: Latest on the new manager pursuit, Liverpool reflections, Report from Kingsmeadow, Sources on Declan Rice, Media bashing begins, Plus all the latest CFC news!
Morning all,
Amongst all the drama of the managerial saga, Chelsea had a game of football to play last night against fellow league strugglers Liverpool.
I’ve copied and pasted every match review article I’ve done from the last three months as my report for this game because once again, it was the same old damned story. Any new manager needs to get this team scoring goals first and foremost!
I’ve got my reactions and reflections in here.
What about the latest on our pursuit to hire a new manager then? You can get all of that in here, including any sourced info we’ve had from the last 24 hours, and what all the other outlets and sources are saying. My exclusive from Monday night has also been confirmed.
As you’ll all be fully aware, I made the trip to Kingsmeadow on Monday night to watch our U21s take on Crystal Palace. It unfortunately ended in defeat for The Blues, but the experience was great, and there was some superb talent on display. I’ve named my standout players in here, whilst reviewing the game and the experience on the whole.
Who wants a sourced article on Chelsea’s interest in signing Declan Rice then? Some positive stuff in here. At least, if you are like me and want Chelsea to sign Declan Rice badly!
I just knew that when Chelsea announced they had sacked their second manager in one season that the media bashing would soon arrive. And just like clockwork, it’s arrived. Some utter nonsense being written right now, but I shoot back here.
That’s it for now. Back on the live blog as normal all day today, and no doubt we will have a lot to chat about once again! ‘See’ you there soon!
Peace, Si.
Si this team does not have goals in it, all the data shows is the one state that counts goals we don’t get, it was obvious from season start with no striker in place, Auba and Borja were never the answer
