Morning all,
Once again, apologies I wasn’t around yesterday afternoon/evening, having a family funeral to attend. I’m back on as normal today and the live blog will be up and running!
I thought I was going to miss a lot yesterday, but it looks like a bit of a calm before the storm.
I’ve had help from Charlie and caught up and filled most of it all in now on the live blog here, so that is once again the best place to start today.
Next up, let’s have a look at exactly what Chelsea are cooking up right now in terms of the rebuild. Of course, there are some pieces left in the puzzle, but it looks like we are working hard on the rest. Let’s have a look at a realistic scenario and talk squad rebuild here.
By doing this rebuild, Chelsea’s cleverness is angering the world once again. Ruining football since 2003, that’s us, and we love it! With UEFA planning to try and put a stop to long contracts being offered, are Chelsea making contingency plans? Find out here.
Meanwhile, is Brazilian youngster Andrey Santos pushing for a part of this rebuild sooner than we may have thought? He absolutely is, and I’ve got words, videos, and updates on the 18-year-old here.
Finally for today, I believe it’s time to bring Frank Lampard home to Chelsea, and I explain why and in what capacity in here. It’s not gone well for him so far as a manager, but he’s still got a great career in football ahead.
Right, off to the live blog now for another day of madness no doubt!
Peace, Si.
