Covering: Arsenal Preview, Takeover Latest, Tchouameni No.1 Target? Jorginho Set To Depart? Midfield Overhaul, Look At A Potential First squad For Our New Owners, Time Running Out For Rudiger...
Morning!
Today is my Dad’s birthday, the reason I started supporting Chelsea, and he reads every single one of these newsletters so… HAPPY BIRTHDAY POPS! Enjoy your day and I’ll see you later on, let’s hope Chelsea deliver you a win versus the ‘Arse’ tonight as a present!
On we go with the news. First of all, catch up on all the stories, some transfer stuff, and any ownership takeover updates here from yesterday’s live blog.
We do have some more transfer snippets to go through now, and one is a transfer rumour to rate. It’s a collective report about Thomas Tuchel wanting to overhaul our midfield this summer, I’ve given my thoughts on that here.
The next one is related to this and based more on what I have been told over the last days, weeks, and months. I’ve looked at how our new owners first potential Chelsea squad could shape up this summer hypothetically here.
A piece on Antonio Rudiger now who has been in the news again this week. He reportedly wants to decide his future by THIS month, which is not a great situation at all since our new owners have not even been announced yet. My thoughts on how we should have got this sorted out months/years ago here.
Annnnd, we have a game tonight as mentioned above. So I have done my usual preview, predictions, and possible line-up article here ahead of Arsenal’s visit to Stamford Bridge in the Premier League.
Let’s GO CHELSEA!!
Peace, Si.
Happy birthday, Simon’s dad!
