Good Morning!
We have just got even bigger here at Si & Dan Talk Chelsea! In fact, we might have to change the name to Si, Dan, Nathan, & Ryan Talk Chelsea!! That’s a joke of course, we can’t be name changing again right now, but perhaps down the future as we expand even more here we might look for a more collective and less individual name!
We’ve added the super reliable Chelsea insider Nathan Gissing to our team. Nathan runs the popular Instagram account cfcnewspage and has built a strong reputation for reporting reliable inside Chelsea news. He’ll be posting exclusives, injury news, line-up news, all directly here for us!
Ryan Gunness will also be contributing a lot more now as well. Ryan is a well-known tactical analysist, and he will be bringing his unique style articles to the site regularly.
We are growing folks!
So, let’s start with Nathan’s debut article with us here. He will be doing at least one article a day with us!
Let’s go straight to Ryan’s latest here which is based around a series of looking back over this season, Thomas Tuchel’s tactics, and diving deep into the analytics behind it all.
Some news on Chelsea’s interest in Matthijs De Ligt here from yesterday’s live blog next. This also features a roundup of all of the latest transfer rumours and general stories surrounding Chelsea.
It’s apparently going to be a decisive week for Romelu Lukaku and Chelsea this week, with his lawyer set to meet with the club. Read more on that one here.
Is there space for Ethan Ampadu in Chelsea’s squad next season? This was the question I’ve asked in my next article, a comment piece here.
And finally (it’s jam packed today right), a sourced story here that the Podcast listeners would have heard about last Friday, regarding Leeds United midfielder Kalvin Phillips!
Some exciting things going on here right now, pleased to have you all here as part of the community. Thanks to our subscribers old and new!
Peace, Si.
A long read from Swiss Ramble but worth it to dwell in reeds and understanding how debt comparisons will continue to play a significant part in transfers this summer. eg Barcelona and for us Inter's situation. https://threadreaderapp.com/thread/1534054779801968640.html
