Covering: Dembele to Chelsea, what we know? Tuchel's best possible reactions to defeat, Conor Gallagher soon to be a Chelsea regular, two up top moving forward? And our general news sweep...
Morning all,
It’s the day before another match day, as we know the games are running up upon us this month. I am actually pleased we have another game tomorrow, I feel we all need to witness a good Chelsea performance and a victory.
I’ve seen so many over reactions to our defeat at West Ham on Saturday, and I get it, we have hit a few dodgy games and performances, but upon reflection, we must all read exactly what Thomas Tuchel has said after the game and take that in.
He’s reacted in the best possible way here, and this should give you all confidence and belief going forward.
Jorginho played with a slight injury on Saturday, and N’Golo Kante has only been available for around 50% of the games Thomas Tuchel has been in charge for.
This brings Conor Gallagher back into the conversation, and how badly we could use him in our squad right now. But it’s only a matter of time before he returns and is a regular in Chelsea blue, a piece on him here.
I’ve also been pondering how to get the best out of our attackers, and for me that needs a slight formation tweak. Although it’s not really a big tweak, and Tuchel has also used it on a number of occasions at Chelsea. I explain all here.
Ousmane Dembele to Chelsea anyone? Well, it’s certainly worth reading my verdict and report on that rumour here.
Finally, my general news sweep up here covering anything else you might have missed from Monday, including a pretty big transfer claim from the Hungarian coach you might want to check out, and some very positive injury news for a change!
Thanks for stopping by people!
Cheers, Si.
