Good Morning!
Other clubs continue to announce new signings and deals being wrapped up, Chelsea though, continue to fall behind in this race. We are also now another day closer to setting off for our American pre-season trip this weekend.
Get caught up with all the latest rumours and news surrounding Chelsea here first from yesterday’s live blog.
We have a whole stack of attacker names to look at and report on next in this bumper article of attacking pursuits here. There’s info on Sterling, Raphinha, Dembele, and loads more, and it features info from both myself and Rob Pratley.
Thomas Tuchel returned back to Cobham on Monday as well as he prepares to get to work ahead of yet another busy and exciting season. You can get all the videos, images, and news from the boss’s first day back here.
The German coach may well be looking to switch to a more regular back four formation this season if he can land the transfer targets that he wants this summer. Read more about that and his plans here.
A bit of outgoing news now to round this up for this morning, and it features Hakim Ziyech closing in on a loan move to AC Milan, plus some words on Christian Pulisic and Timo Werner’s futures here.
Have a good Tuesday all!
Peace, Si.
Hi Si, is it just me that thinks that Mr Boeley might be out of his depth as DofF. I hope I’m wrong but I’ve never had such a frustrating transfer window, why aren’t we looking like we’re going to sign any of these players we do desperately need, why is it taking so long. Kounde should be done by now surely? So should Sterling, and De Ligt. It’s driving me nuts mate!!!
When do you think we will complete Sterling transfer and do you think we will sign the originally quoted 6 players this window?
