Covering: Football's General Elections, Ownership Latest, Why Roman Trusts Raine, Abraham Back To Chelsea? JT On The Rice Recruitment Drive? Plus More...
Morning all!
It’s a big week this week for the ownership takeover, with all prospective buyers meeting with Chelsea execs and supporter groups in London as they laydown their mandates for the general elections….
Sorry, but it actually feels to me now like this is a presidency or prime minister campaign and I’m growing a little bit tired of all the noise if I’m honest. I’ll be so pleased when this is all over and we can speak about football again, and I wanted to write a bit on all of that here today.
Click here for all the latest updates and noise on the ownership takeover anyway, because it’s still my job to be knowledgeable and report on it!!
I’ve been handed some really interesting and unknown information on Raine Group, the company handling the sale of Chelsea FC on behalf of Roman Abramovich. You’ll certainly want to check this one out, some enlightening stuff here.
Couple bits away from ownership now, thankfully. Declan Rice always gets the masses excited, and John Terry has been on the recruitment drive again this week! Check that out here.
From one former Blue to another now, would any of you take Tammy Abraham back at the club? Interesting developments there this week that you might want to read about here.
That’s all folks, for now… Speak tomorrow…
Peace, Si.
Quick question Simon, the club aren't thinking about selling Colwill? Especially with cb situation at the moment.
