Chelsea Newsletter - Tuesday 28th June
Covering: Why Cech left, Sterling bid imminent, Updates on outgoings, Changes coming throughout, Transfer targets updates, Dembele, De Ligt, Kounde, Raphinha, Plus loads more...
Good Morning!
Couple of Glasto images for those interested… We had a blast.
Anyways, Chelsea news….
The madness is showing no signs of slowing down right now and Monday continued with that craziness. It was announced that Petr Cech has left his role as technical director, so the best place to start is probably in the live blog from yesterday here, where we also have a couple of sourced stories there.
I also penned my thoughts and report/info on the Cech situation, which you can find here.
Next up, the latest from our own very informed Rob Pratley here, who goes through many names for potential outgoings and plans for returning loan players. Some great detailed info in this one.
Some words on Raheem Sterling next from me here, and this contains some sourced stuff on the latest behind our pursuit to sign the Manchester City forward.
‘Changes mean changes’ is the title for my next article here, and this is all about how transfer plans have been changing ever so slightly over the last four weeks since Todd Boehly and co arrived, and this proves once again how much Thomas Tuchel is being fully backed by the board. Some bits in here on Jules Kounde etc.
Finally, Ryan Gunness also penned his latest this week, and as ever, it’s another banger. This time, he is looking at whether we have the wingers to fit Thomas Tuchel’s philosophy. Check that here.
That’s all for now folks!
Peace, Si.
Hi Si, good morning and glad that you enjoyed the Sunday at Glastonbury in between our busy transfer news 📰 I heard Raphinha team asking to include a RC on his contract and that’s why v in two minds. Is that true ?
Love your work guys! Thank you! 👍
