Chelsea Newsletter - Tuesday 28th December
Covering: Why John Terry is returning to Chelsea, Raphinha to Chelsea (sourced story), How Broja can save us millions, Need for consistent attack, and our general news sweep...
Morning all!
We are back again after a small little Christmas break over the weekend, in terms of newsletters anyway!
Of course I reviewed our win against Aston Villa on Sunday, and I bought you the John Terry news as others start to report it now.
I hope you all had a great Christmas weekend first and foremost and that whatever you did you had a good time! I had a really good time with family, really precious moments.
Anyway, on John Terry… I’ve been asked by a few people why he wants to take this role and that it is a step backwards, so I’ve tried to clear that up a bit here.
Another sourced story here on our interest in Leeds United winger Raphinha and where that might lead.
Meanwhile, Thomas Tuchel still has eyes on bringing in another natural centre forward in the summer, and I believe that due to this, Armando Broja could save the club millions. Read about that here.
Staying with the subject of our attack, I believe the next thing that Tuchel should prioritise is looking at a consistent and regular attacking front three for us now so we can build that rapport to see us firing in more goals. Check that out here.
Finally, our general news sweep up here with all the latest Chelsea news and anything you might have missed from Monday.
Have a good Tuesday guys, speak tomorrow!
