Covering: Bennacer to Chelsea, Tuchel for England, Mourinho's indispensables (interactive), Chalobah deserves more respect, Plus all the latest CFC news....
Morning all!
Hope you had a good Monday. The international break continues, and it was England’s turn again last night. It was a great second half of entertainment at least, and a total Chelsea takeover with two goals from Kai Havertz, an assist from Reece James, and one goal from Mason Mount!
I actually penned something on Gareth Southgate earlier in the day yesterday based on calls for Thomas Tuchel to replace him. Obviously, these feelings were not going to change after one game anyway. And you can get my full views on Tuchel replacing him here.
I’d head to the live blog from yesterday next here to get all your latest transfer news and general news surrounding our club.
Sticking on the subject of managers now and a look back at Jose Mourinho’s first spell as Chelsea manager. I have based this one on Mourinho’s indispensable players he had in his squad during this time and how we cannot even get close to boasting such a positive situation right now in our current squad. This one here is an interactive article for you all to get involved with!
The international break brings them all out though, doesn’t it? The bored football fans looking to pull up daft things to debate to keep them entertained. There’s been a lot said about Trevoh Chalobah this week and I felt the need to address it here.
And finally for today, a transfer rumour to rate. Isamel Bennacer to Chelsea anyone? There is a very significant reason why I am talking about this one, find out why here.
Remember guys, I’m off for two weeks come this weekend, I’ll be reminding you all this week, so you aren’t just like, ‘wait, where did Si go?’ this time next week! The reason why I am off is here to recap.
Have a good one!
Peace, Si.
