Covering: Takeover Latest - Finally Concluding? Fofana/Kounde To Replace Rudiger? CHO Injury Updates, Lukaku's Future, Big End Of Season Article, Monitoring Mahrez, Plus More...
Morning!
Welcome to Tuesday’s Chelsea Newsletter. We as always have a lot to go through today with the takeover latest and Antonio Rudiger situation.
Best place to start is as always, on the live blog from yesterday covering all your ownership and general Chelsea news here. You’ll also find some news in here on Chelsea targeting Riyad Mahrez, as well as Jules Kounde and Wesley Fofana to replace Rudiger, who has now verbally agreed to join Real Madrid this summer.
Next up here, a further and more detailed piece on the takeover situation, what we are expecting this week, then what happens after, and the general overview of where we are at with it right now.
A big piece here now from me looking at this season for Chelsea and why we have been so inconsistent and the amount of detrimental issues we have had to deal with collectively. I’m ready for the season to end now I have to be honest!
Injuries have been a massive reason for the above question, and that brings me to my next article. What is going on with Callum Hudson-Odoi? He’s been trying to come back but until now, it has not been happening for him. Find out everything on that here.
Finally, Romelu Lukaku is continuing to be linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge this summer. I’ve got some thoughts on him here and how things could have been so different, as well as the latest on his future and the interested clubs.
Thanks everyone for stopping by!
Peace, Si.
