Morning all!
Hope you had a good Monday! It’s a bit gloomy here in the UK isn’t it!? OK, I’ve seen home, seen my people, seen my cats, ready to head back to paradise now!
I’ve got five more articles coming your way this morning, with a lot to talk about and address still after the embarrassing thrashing by Brighton at the weekend.
Graham Potter has been reacting further to the defeat, you can find his quotes here, as well as an official statement released by Chelsea on Reece James and Wesley Fofana’s injuries, and all the latest transfer news and rumours.
Next up, a sourced article on Brighton winger Leandro Trossard, who is firmly on the radar of Chelsea. Some latest updates on that in here.
I read some of the feedback to the interactive poll article we did last week, and I am glad you all seemed to enjoy it. I’ve written up a follow up article to that poll to discuss the results, and ask you guys a few more questions. Again, please take part here, and thanks for taking part in the last one!
When Frank Lampard was Chelsea boss, he had some big plans to rebuild the squad, as you might have remembered me reporting at the time. Those plans are very similar to what we are trying to do now, so I’ve written something up on the irony behind this here.
The World Cup starts very soon, and Chelsea have just two league fixtures left, against Arsenal and Newcastle, two of the most in form teams in the league. Yikes. It could be a very bleak World Cup for us Blues fans, and I have words on all that here.
That’s all for now!
Peace, Si.
