Morning!
Just 16 days left of this transfer rumour and dauntingly, Chelsea still have a lot of work to do, especially if we sanction more departures, which is still looking likely.
Get the very latest on all the transfer stories that could come to fruition in these final days in yesterday’s live blog here. This also contains any sourced stories we have had over the last 24 hours, and all the latest news.
Next up, after all the noise of Anthony Gordon to Chelsea this week, we’ve put our info on it out here, as well as my thoughts on the potential pursuit. This one really did come out of nowhere.
Chelsea are set on signing one or two more right-side players this window - a defender and an attacker, or one who could perhaps do both. But what does this all mean fort our pursuit of Wesley Fofana? And what does it mean for the future of Trevoh Chalobah? I explain all that and more in this next article here. In this one as well, further information on our attempts to sign Josip Juranovic from Celtic and news of an offer.
With N’Golo Kante’s latest injury, we know that both him and Mateo Kovacic struggle with them consistently. For me, our priority this window should have always been a centre midfielder who can play in the six role, but that has yet to be addressed. I’ve got some words here on why we should be and can still be doing this.
Lastly, my final bit of words on Sunday’s atrocious officiating display and explaining why it was very dangerous, and how it incited violence. Check that one out here.
That’s all folks!
Peace, Si.
