Morning all!
It’s a Chelsea match day….. Oh.
Chelsea get to play Manchester City in the league tonight, and then Manchester City again in the cup at the weekend. Excellent news (*note sarcasm).
I have a preview and predictions article here!
As well as that, you can make some of your own predictions on the game, as well as vent on the Forest draw, and make some operational transfer decisions here in the latest set of interactive polls!
To find out all the latest on our Enzo Fernandez deal, head to the live blog here, as that is where I also stick all my updates on it, as well as any other live deals going on right now during the transfer window.
A half opinion and half news article next on why Chelsea want/need Declan Rice in the summer as well as signing Enzo here. It’s very important for the midfield balance.
A sourced story on attackers now, which will be one of Chelsea’s next point of calls after the Enzo deal is finally confirmed. Seven names to give updates on in this one here, including news on Marcus Thuram, Ansu Fati, and Mykhaylo Mudryk.
Finally, myself, Macca, and Ben Jacobs will be on the Podcast tonight for the first of our transfer special series throughout January, where we bring a different transfer journalist on every week! Our own Ben Jacobs kicks things off with us tonight - out around 6pm!
Have a good day, and let’s just hope for the best tonight. Zero expectations from me. You never know, we might be pleasantly surprised…….. Yeah, sure.
Peace, Si.
A little bit of hope regarding Enzo is all I ask for Si!😰🙏🏼
Looking forward to the pod! Considering yesterdays sobering Enzo news, I’d love to hear any insights from you, Dan, and Ben about what the current state of play is.
Regarding match day, well, at minimum I want to see us battling all over the pitch with grit and fight. Win or lose, just show us that at least!
