Chelsea Newsletter: Monday 6th March
Covering: Leeds reflections, Tammy Abraham back to Chelsea, Mason Mount's future, Back three plans, Plus all the latest CFC news and transfer rumours!
Morning all,
We are starting the week after winning a football match, finally! We also scored a goal. It’s a great time to be alive!
All jokes aside, Chelsea got a hugely important three points against Leeds United on Saturday afternoon, and you sensed that raw tension and relief from Graham Potter and the players come the final whistle. We truly needed that, and you can gather my full thoughts and reflections here.
Potter reverted to the back three on Saturday and there were many positives. If we are going to be sticking with that for now, I really want to see this lineup here. Reasoning also provided in the article.
Mason Mount was not available for the matchday squad on Saturday, and his future at the club remains in doubt. I’ve got the latest sourced info on that and other reports on it in here.
Chelsea Women’s were in cup final action yesterday as well and unfortunately were on the losing side. You can read about that, plus all the rest of the latest Chelsea news from Sunday in this one here.
Finally for today, Tammy Abraham back to Chelsea anyone? We have a story to report on that here. Polls in this one as well to have your say!
Enjoy your Monday and make the most of it being a Chelsea winning start to the week! I certainly am.
Peace, Si.
