Chelsea Newsletter: Monday 19th Dec
Covering: Sourced stories on Christopher Nkunku to sign in Jan? Josko Gvardiol too? And a story on Alejandro Garnacho. Plus, some words on Kova and Ziyech, and a player profile on Datro Fofana!
Good morning people!
It’s Christmas week, let the festivities begin, and the real countdown to the return of Premier League football!
The World Cup 2022 kicked it’s last ball last night and what an incredible moment and game it was to be alive to witness. I feel super lucky to have watched and taken this in, and to see the greatest of all time finally finally lift the World Cup trophy!
It was a great World Cup for many reasons, and some Chelsea players will be feeling very proud of their involvement and performances this week. I’ve got some words on Mateo Kovacic’s bronze medal, and Hakim Ziyech’s top performances here. But now, the REAL test begins.
As promised, a player profile now on another forward that Chelsea appear to be close to signing, David Datro Fofana from Molde FK. I have never watched him play, unfortunately. So when that happens, I seek out the people who have actually watched him play regularly, in order to type up a profile and take a look at the type of player we might be getting. You will be able to draw some solid and interesting conclusions yourselves here.
Source me up now then! Two sourced stories to end the newsletter on this festive Monday on Christmas week.
One here on Christopher Nkunku and Josko Gvardiol. There is a scenario and chances that Chelsea might just try and pull off the near impossible and land them both in January, so do not miss this story.
Finally, some interesting snippets in here on Manchester United winger Alejandro Garnacho and news of some Chelsea involvement!
That’s it for now. Have a good Monday, I know many of you might be off work now for the holidays, so enjoy that! Those of you who aren’t, I’m with you guys! But we move!
Peace, Si.
