We’ve made it to Friday in that odd bit between Christmas and New Year! I hope you all enjoy your weekend and have a great time whatever you might be up to for New Years Eve. Happy New Year from me personally to each and every one of you, I hope 2023 is a great year for you all, as it will be for our community here! As you’ll know, we have big moves already happening, and much more planned.

Here’s your final newsletter of 2022!

Let’s begin with yesterday’s very busy live blog here. It’s not even January yet and Chelsea have my fingers on fire! Deep breath ahead of next month’s madness. This will cover all the very latest on current transfer situations such as Enzo, with a lot going on. There will be some sourced snippets in this too as things come in quick and regularly this time of the year.

Rolling on from that, I’ve got a big sourced article out here on Chelsea’s massive plans for January, including some sourced bits on Enzo Fernandez and Declan Rice, plus more little snippets.

One player who is set to be announced as a new Chelsea player anytime now (might already be by the time you read this) is Andrey Santos from Vasco Da Gama. So as always, I’ve got a player profile on him here to see exactly what kind of player we are signing.

Before we head to our next game against Nottingham Forest, I wanted to go through some tactical notes I picked up on during our last game against Bournemouth. I believe we are starting to see some implements directly from the training ground, and some ‘Potter-ball’ coming in to play. Some interesting snippets in here.

Finally, it’s match day again on New Years Day, so make sure you’ve recovered from any hangovers by 4.30pm to watch the mighty Chelsea take on Forest. I’ve previewed that game here.
